Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KK Photo Studio, we strive to provide professional photography, videography, creative, and digital services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to project cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Service Booking

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• The client accepts the quotation or proposal.
• Any required advance payment has been received.
• The project schedule has been agreed upon by both parties.

Client Cancellation

Before Project Commencement

• Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp.
• If no work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or processing charges, if applicable.

After Project Commencement

• Once project planning, photography, videography, editing, design, development, or other production work has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Any completed work performed before cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Shoot Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change.

• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date whenever possible.
• Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to team and studio availability.
• Repeated rescheduling may result in additional charges.

Cancellation by KK Photo Studio

In rare circumstances, KK Photo Studio may need to cancel or postpone a project due to:

• Illness or emergencies
• Equipment failure
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the project. If rescheduling is not possible, any unused fees paid by the client may be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:

Digital Services

For services such as:

• Website Development
• Social Media Marketing
• Graphic Design
• Branding
• Content Creation
• SEO Services

Payments made for completed work, milestones, or delivered services are non-refundable.

Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to the client's failure to provide:

• Required content
• Products or garments
• Feedback or approvals
• Necessary information

KK Photo Studio reserves the right to revise delivery timelines and may apply additional charges if the delay significantly impacts project scheduling.

Non-Appearance or No-Show

If the client fails to attend a scheduled shoot or does not provide required products/materials on the agreed date without prior notice:

• The booking may be considered cancelled.
• Advance payments may be forfeited.
• A new booking may require an additional booking fee.
